Our Work

Services that meet families where they are.

We’re a peer-based organization — neighbors walking alongside neighbors. Every service and program is built around real family needs, woven with practical support, education, and encouragement.

Services

The ways we show up every day.

From a knock on the door with a Bloom Box to a warm referral or a quiet ear — these are the day-to-day services available to families in our community.

Bloom Boxes

Care packages with family essentials, encouragement, and resource information — thoughtfully curated for every season. Bloom Boxes are reserved for participants enrolled in our Bloom Forward and Bloom Bright Kids programs.

Family Resource Referrals

Helping families connect with local resources and support services — from food and housing to enrichment programs, plus referrals for counseling and therapy services for both adults and children.

Community Service Support

Structured support for individuals completing community service hours through approved activities, planning, and accountability.

Parent & Child Enrichment

Workshops and tools focused on confidence, organization, emotional wellness, parenting support, and life skills — including advocacy and assistance navigating IEPs and 504 plans for children with diagnoses.

Community Outreach Events

Donation drives, school supply support, family events, and awareness campaigns that uplift the whole community.

Signature Programs

Six months. One family. Whole-person growth.

Our two enrollment programs are structured 6-month journeys — peer support, accountability, and enrichment — for parents and their children, side by side.
